In order not to get confused, I'll give you an example. Let's say a person wants to understand why he has an uncomfortable feeling inside his own home. This is a request. The request needs to be identified within the framework of an integrated approach, namely, to choose a method or methods with which it is possible to analyze the problem and find a solution (if this is likely). In our case, it may be psychological attitudes, imbalance in the family, lack of separation, alien energy interference, generic programs, old furniture, poor-quality repairs, electromagnetic radiation, geopathogenic zones in the apartment, conflicting neighbors, hidden fungus inside the walls, barabashka... It could be anything!
This is where an integrated approach helps. Realizing that there are different facets of the same problem, some optimal method is chosen that can narrow down the aspects of the problem. If the core is identified quickly enough, then an understanding is formed of how to proceed and what to do.
Why have I came to this approach, even though there are many good spiritual schools?
I'll give you another example. The person had a negative experience in a previous incarnation. He formed negative thinking, which resulted in emotional blocks that overlapped with the genes of the transmitted fears of his ancestors and intensified the problematic situation through psychosomatics. As a result, a person treats a long-term migraine, which includes the unresolved problems listed above, through medication. The pain subsides for a while, but then it increases again. And nothing changes.
An integrated approach works with psychological traumas, and with child-parent relationships, and with thinking, and with psychosomatics, and with personal karma, and with the karma of the family, and with the subtle plan at the same time. This is its main advantage. But the approach requires a lot of responsibility, although it gives you the flexibility to work on yourself.
Now let's examine the possibility of applying the approach. Let's say there is some kind of "karmic" problem. It can be viewed through regressive hypnosis or analyzed through aspects of the same humanistic approach in psychology. It is possible to change the attitude towards the problem through energy practices and even shift the focus from the past to the "here and now" from the point of view of religion. But the ELABORATION when using one of the methods will not happen at the full level! The solution to this situation is possible through the Supreme Court and the hierarchy of angel sources at the level of repentance in a subtle way when working with energy in a state of relaxation, and this is a combination of knowledge, i.e. the use of an integrated approach (trance, meditation, psychological conversation or confession ā work differently and you need to understand these processes).
This is the complexity, but also the flexibility of the approach, which requires a lot of responsibility and constant knowledge building. To develop in this direction, it is important to have your own daily spiritual, mental and physical work, consisting of a whole series of practices. For a better study of a particular case, it is also necessary to share knowledge with other specialists (supervision, spiritual teacher, etc.). These are the minimum safety and environmental requirements of the approach, which I try to comply with.
I believe that it is advisable for a psychologist to combine academic knowledge and spiritual vision before choosing a method of working with a person. Just like a healer, you need to know the basics of psychology in order to be able to distinguish pathology from energy influence. This allows you to study the client's request more thoroughly.
If it may seem that practices contradict each other "Orthodoxy and regression are incompatible" or "psychology and energy are impossible", etc., then it may only seem so at first glance. A deeper study of each side reveals that these are all FACETS of the SAME THING, simply called their own terms.
I wish everyone self-discovery and joy of life.
